Bernard Mikko has stated that Governor Siminalayi Fubara’s decision to defect to the All Progressives Congress (APC) is a carefully considered strategic move aimed at enhancing security, ensuring protection, and strengthening political stability in Rivers State.
According to Mikko, aligning with the APC will provide the Governor with the needed political backing to navigate ongoing challenges and foster a more stable governance atmosphere across the state. He emphasized that the move is not merely political realignment but a step driven by the need to safeguard the interests of Rivers people and promote long-term peace.
