The management of Dangote Refinery has dismissed recent allegations made by the Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG), stressing that the claims are unfounded and misleading.
In a statement issued on Thursday, the refinery reaffirmed its commitment to job creation, workers’ welfare, and Nigeria’s energy transition goals. The company noted that its operations are built on global best practices and designed to strengthen the nation’s refining capacity, reduce fuel importation, and enhance economic growth.
